Flamed Mahogany Matching Door & Drawer Front Panels. 6 Dovetailed Drawers (cutlery & linen storage) & 2 Doors (Originally designed for chamber & water pots + wine storage) with interior fully finished shelf in each. Rococo Ring & Recessed Pewter Hardware Pulls. Raised Astragal Moldings on Drawers & Doors on a plinth base. Green Felt-Lined Top Left Drawer with Partitions. Oak Interior Drawers / Broken astragal Door Moldings.

About brand

The Hespeler Furniture Company was founded in 1901 in Hespeler, Ontario (now a part of Cambridge) by Mr. George A. Gruetzner, originally from Buffalo, N.Y. He worked for The Simpson Co. of Berlin (now Kitchener), Ont., first as a salesman and then as the manager of its factory in Berlin. When this company merged with the Canada Furniture Syndicate, Gruetzner established his own factory in Hespeler in 1901. George Greutzner was active in the community, serving on the Parks Board, and then on Town Council. He was elected mayor of Hespeler in 1925 and served for five years. He died in 1949. The company made some of the best quality furniture up to 1964 - including for Baker Furniture under the Milling Road division.

You will make arrangements with them directly for delivery and pay them directly. They must be able to pick-up, safely load and deliver to you with a signed Bill of Lading acknowledging that they have taken responsibility of your item at the time of pick up.

We will not be responsible for any 3rd party delivery issues that may arise.

RETURNS

Items will be accepted back within 48 hours of delivery or pick-up but any and all additional delivery or return charges will apply.

Condition of Items

Every attempt is being made to fully disclose via description and / or photos of any imperfections on each piece.
Since all pieces are man-made objects that have been gently pre-owned or used they will naturally show normal signs of everyday wear-and-tear.
While our goal is to fully disclose all such imperfections as fully as possible some specifics may be unintentionally missed.
Every pre-owned piece has a history and back-story. Perhaps there are visible markings made by the owner or a child or a grandchild or maybe by a cherished friend or family member.
Simply put, gently used comes with wear.
