About brand

The Jasper Cabinet Company was originally founded at the turn of the twentieth century in Jasper, Indiana. The company’s original designs were, at first, exclusively cabinets and similar pieces. However, as the company’s success grew, The Jasper Cabinet Company catalog expanded to include other accent furniture as well. The company was well known for their extreme attention to detail, which necessitated skilled employees dedicated to specific parts of the production process, such as structural components, finishes and so on. Like many high end furniture companies, the ability to train and properly manage fine craftspeople was key! So, like Baker Furniture and Henredon, Jasper dedicated much time to training and honing the painting, woodworking and assembly skills of their workers. Unfortunately, as trade deals and larger economic policies shifted in the late 1990’s and 2000’s, Jasper Cabinet met a similar fate to other high end furniture companies, like Pennsylvania House Furniture. In 2002, the original Jasper Cabinet Company closed its doors.

Shipping is available at an additional cost. You are welcome to use any shipping service you want. We can suggest to you possible third party providers if you wish.

You will make arrangements with them directly for delivery and pay them directly. They must be able to pick-up, safely load and deliver to you with a signed Bill of Lading acknowledging that they have taken responsibility of your item at the time of pick up.

We will not be responsible for any 3rd party delivery issues that may arise.

RETURNS

Items will be accepted back within 48 hours of delivery or pick-up but any and all additional delivery or return charges will apply.

Condition of Items

Every attempt is being made to fully disclose via description and / or photos of any imperfections on each piece.
Since all pieces are man-made objects that have been gently pre-owned or used they will naturally show normal signs of everyday wear-and-tear.
While our goal is to fully disclose all such imperfections as fully as possible some specifics may be unintentionally missed.
Every pre-owned piece has a history and back-story. Perhaps there are visible markings made by the owner or a child or a grandchild or maybe by a cherished friend or family member.
Simply put, gently used comes with wear.
